saved photo's

I have saved pic in a folder, when I go back to look at them I click on them
and a pop up comes up and ie2k below. If I close all these pop ups FINALLY my
pic will come up. Help please, this is so frustrating.
 
What is the nature of the pop-ups? Some kind of advertising or a Windows
pop-up? What do you mean by "ie2k"?
