Sending Outlook messages from Vista

Occasionally I get Outlook messages sent to me but I can't forward them from
my Vista program. I am told Vista doesn't support Outlook and have been
offered Windows Live Hotmail, but have been unable to get it configured. I
download it, but have to keep downloading it for each message I want to send
and then it disappears from my computer. How do I keep it on my computer?

Outlook is a completely seperate program, its not part of Vista, its part of
MS Office
Vista includes Windows Mail as its mail client
If msgs are being sent to you, you must have a mail client/mail service,
what is that?, Hotmail?

What do you mean by "can't forward them"?
Please explain in detail, and include a copy of any error message.
Vista supports Outlook 2003 or later, but in most cases you don't need
Outlook in order to receive a message sent by an Outlook user.
Email is pretty much universal (with the exception of some attachments).
