Sending mass email via Outlook: 452 Error: too many recipients

I tried to send an email message to 400 addresses using Outlook.

The result was "The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Wright, Henry-John on 04/01/2006 03:48 PM
452 Error: too many recipients"

What must I do?
 
Check with whomever runs the mail server and ask what is the maximum number
of recipients can you send a message to. (ISPs can go anywhere from 25 to
100. I've never seen a corporate server < 100)
