Administrator " Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients"
Under each of the email addresses it said " 452 Too many recipients"
This has only just started this year.

Contact your e-mail provider. They know what is their current
maximum-recipients-per-email anti-abuse quota for personal accounts.

Did you yet try configuring the e-mail account in Outlook to
authenticate to the SMTP mail host?

That is your Internet Service Provider (ISP). They may or may not also
be your e-mail service provider (ESP). There are loads of ESPs of which
only one is your own ISP. You need to contact whomever is your ESP to
find out from them what are their anti-abuse quotas. You can call them
or use their own web help pages. You are paying your ISP so obviously
you are due technical support for their service. If you are using them
as your ESP, call them. Since you didn't mention who is your ESP, no
one but you knows who they are.

Go into the e-mail account that you defined in Outlook to look at its
configuration. One of those configuration settings has to do with
authenticating to the SMTP (outbound) mail host). Did you actually go
look at the setup of the e-mail account defined in Outlook?

Just been in touch with 3 G and they say that 'System Administrator' is the
computer and Outlook is the problem. 3G are my ISP and ESP.
