sending link by e-mail

ok everyone, this is the problem. i am trying to send a
link by email and it keeps accessing Netscape instead of
Outlook Express. I have gone to tools, internet options
and then programs tab and it shows the choice of outlook
Express as the email program. Does anyone know why it
wants to send links using Netscape?
