Send e-mail Netscape conflict

When I try to use File>Send>Page/Link by E-mail using
Internet Explorer 6.0, the Netscape Mail application opens
instead of my copy of Outlook Express. Outlook Express IS
chosen under Tools>Internet Options>Programs>E-mail. Can
anybody advise how to fix this?
 
Run... (e.g. press Win-R and enter:)

msimn /reg

(Don't expect any feedback from the command.)
