"Send-to" Opens Wrong Email Program

I'm running WXP with IE6.0, and use MS Outlook as my default email program.
I also have NetScape and NetScape Mail installed, but rarely use it. When
I'm in IE6 and click on "Tools/Internet Options/Programs", MS Outlook is
listed as my default email program. If I click on the email icon, Outlook
opens up as expected. My problem occurs when I click on "File/Send/Link by
email". In this case, the NetScape Mail program opens. I want this process
to also use Outlook, but I can't find a setting to make this happen. All
suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks for your help, Whit.

Open Registry Editor and navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail

Export the branch to a REG file and post it's contents here.
