send page by email problem

[Cletus Stripling]

I have a user who is using Internet Explorer 6 and MS Outlook 2002. He also
has Netscape 7.1 with mail configured on his system. If he users Internet
Explorer and chooses, File, Send, Page by email it automatically launches
Netscape mail rather than MS Outlook.

I have forced Internet Explorer and MS Outlook to ask if they are the
default applications yet this problem still occurs.

Anyone have any clues how to get around this one--short of removing
Netscape?
