Sending Large Files

I'm am so confused ...

I don't think that OUTLOOK has anything to do with this, but I'm getting
conflicting messages ...

I've tried to send a file that is 2MB in size, it just sits in my outbox.
I've emailed my ISP and this is the repsonse I rec'd.

"Thank you for contacting WOW! via email. The outgoing size limit is
10MB. Outlook would be the problem. You would need to check Outlook's
settings to see what could be doing this."

I've been using my ISP's web-based email system to send this files.

I could send files like this from my now-dead XP / Office 2003 system; I've
switch to VISTA/OFFICE 2007.

Can someone provide any light on the situation?

Outlook may yet not be the problem. Could be an AV email scanner. AV email
scanners intercept the connection between the client and the server to work
their magic. It is that interception which could interfere with the send
process.
