Sending Fax

I can send faxes from an Administrators account but when I send a fax from a Users account the Fax wizard does its thing but nothing goes into the outbound box and nothing shows up in the event viewer. ??
Receiving faxes and the routing of them is no problem.
Any help would be appreciated

What is the operating system you are using? Looks like this can be a
permissions issue. Fax Security might be prohibiting the said user from
sending faxes. Depending on the OS you have I can tell you where Fax
Security can be looked at.
