Sending emails 'on behalf of'

WE have a tech team that all have access to our 'technical support' mailbox.
We want our emails that originate from that box to say 'Sent on behalf of'.
How do I set this up?

Are these all admins? Then they might already have "Send As" permissions on
the AD object already in some way so you'll never get "Send on behalf of".
This might be one of those rare moments you'll need to set deny permissions
for "Send As" for your admin group on the AD object.
