Dont display email address when sending "on behalf of"

Hi all,

I have a user who is sending emails on behalf of our helpdesk. He wants the
emails to appear "jbloggs on behalf of helpdesk" rather than "jbloggs
([email protected]) on behalf of helpdesk".
Essentially he wishes to hide his email address as people are replying to
him directly rather than to the helpdesk.
He is using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I checked with the user so I could get a more clear picture of the
problem. He is sending emails out which display his name, sent on behalf of
X. When the receipient gets this, they press reply and it goes back to X (not
the user) - this part works fine.
However, when he looks through the emails at the various replies, he can see
that the header shows his email address sent on behalf of X.
He does not want this as customers are instead emailing him directly instead
of X.

Any suggestions?

Exchange 2003 / Outlook 2003 on XP.
