I prepare the newsletter and maintain the mailing list for a local business.
To save money she wants to start sending the newsletter by e-mail to
everyone on her list with internet access.

I will be sending the newsletter from my home (using Outlook 2003). Is
there a way to make sure that people receiving this newsletter know it is
from her (other than the subject)?

As soon as she figures out which version of Outlook she has (I know - she
should know, but she doesn't!), I will also want to know if I can send all
of the contacts that I have for her newsletter to her in case she wants to
send out info to these same people from her store.

TIA - - -

Ideally, she would grant you access to an email account for her business'
domain that you can send from.
