sending delay?

When pushing the send button in outlook 2000 it takes up to 3 minutes for
the hourglass to disappear. We use Exchange 2000. This problem only occurs
in the office where the server stands. From other office's which are
connected using routers this problem never occurs.



What can be the problem

I'm affraid this is not the problem, all users in the head office have the
same problem
