is it necessary to turn Outlook on all the way by using the delay send
function in Outlook?

i do not use pst file and i place the emails in the Exchange server.

you mean to keep outlook open? are you using cached or online mode? if
online, no. if cached, yes.

Yes, i also think so.

i think i am working on online mode, not offline mode.

but very strange, the delay email does not go, stay in the folder.

i can only make it work at which the outlook is open.

any further info for reference? Thanks.
