Hi,
I receive about a dozen email leads per day from a
directory. I want to reply to each email with a template
message as soon as the email arrives in my Inbox.
I have setup the Rules Wizard to accomplish this, and it
works great except it sends the email reply to the
Sender's email address, not the Reply-To email address.
The emails that I receive are all sent from the same
address: (e-mail address removed).
So, if I use the Rules Wizard, Outlook inserts
(e-mail address removed) in the To: field for each
message. This is the problem. But, if I manually reply
to each email, Outlook will insert the proper email
address in the To: field for each message.
How can I get this to work so the Reply Template will
send my replies to the Reply-To address and not to the
Sender's address?
Thanks a lot,
Matt
