sending a folder in outlook

My boss is running Outlook as her email and needs to send out 5 files to
multiple (120+) business contacts. I set the files into a folder so she could
access them easily, but she feels that clicking on each file individually is
too much hassle. :(

Is there a way that She can send out the whole folder as an attachment
instead of the individual files?

Thanks for the help!

Just zip them into one file.

However, do the math - 120 recipients * size of file. This will not be fun;
even if the message size isn't that big, a lot of the recipients, and
perhaps her own server, will view it as spam. She should look at other
options....a native mail merge won't work as she wants to attach files, but
search on www.slipstick.com for other mail merge tools.

Create a .zip archive of the files.
