I am using outlook 2003 and when I right click on a send
to mail recipient, I get an error message that
says "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. A program error
occurred. Quit Outlook and Microsoft Windows and then
start again". Which I've done. I tried to go to the email
support and when I put in my legitimate code for help, it
says my code is invalid.
Yikes, can someone clue me in.

Unfortunately, I am having the same exact problem. I
enetr my product key with the right format and it does
not accept it. :(
