"Send To ... Mail Recipient(as Attachment)" problem

Hi all!

On a Client computer I have:
Outlook version -> 2000 SR-1 ( 9.0.0.3821 )
Word version -> 2000 ( 9.0.3821 SR-1 )

On the Server I have:
Small Business Server 2000, with Exchange.



This user wants to send a Word document, as attachment, by email.
On Microsoft Word, she goes to "File" menu, then selects "Send To", then
selects "Mail Recipient(as Attachment)...".

Appears a window with the Internet Assistance. I can't figure why.

If she selects "Send To" -> "Mail Recipient", everything is ok.


Any help is very appreciated.

Hi,

This may be a shot in the dark but may want to check that Outlook is setup
to use the Rich Text formatting. This is not a typical message but may be
specific to SBS.

If can not find solution in Outlook let me know and I will run it by the San
Diego Small Business Server Partner Group.
