"File, Send To, Mail Recipient as attachment"

Hi, I've looked through this post but have not found the exact same problem.
Maybe someone can help? The "File, Send To, Mail Recipient as attachment"
will go as far as inserting the attachment in the Outlook email message, but
when I click on the send button, nothing happens. I then have to save and
close the message and it saves it in the inbox. I then open the message and
the send command works. I have the Office 2003 suite. Thanks. Joyce

You can send it by using CTRL+ENTER. In some cases resetting your outcmd.dat
and extend.dat files resolves the issue. You can reset them by renaming them
to .old. You can use OutlookTools (free) to easily locate the folders where
these files are in;
