Send To Does Not Work With Outlook XP

I have Outlook XP as the default e-mail client and newsreader and when I
right-click on a file and choose "Send To Mail Recipient" nothing happens.
Also, I cannot use the e-mail feature of PictureIt!, ACDSee, or any other
application with a send mail feature. If I change the e-mail client in
internet properties from Outlook to Outlook Express then the Send To and
e-mail features of other apps work correctly with Outlook Express. I'm
running Windows XP Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See if running fixmapi helps.it's usually located in C:\WINDOWS\system32
