Send report error .Any idea how to remove it ?

IE Crashes with send error report Error. Any idea how to
remove it. I've no idea how this occurs and not even doing
sfc/scannow repairs this .how to get around with it ??

From IE> Tools> Internet Options
or
Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions."

If IE then functions, go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm and
start working through the solutions.
