OUTLOOK: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80), Any Ideas?

OUTLOOK: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80), Any Ideas?
It started after installing Kasperksy. After removing it still have a
problem. Oh and IE also fails to run. Have to use Mozila for internet now.
Can anyone help?

Is your authentication setting correct? tools, accounts, change, more
settings, outgoing server tab.
