Hi,
I have a user who did some things over the weekend with Office and did
something to corrupt his Outlook
2003. He was receiving an error upon opening up Outlook though I don't
recall the error. Anyway when I hit the
send/receive button it worked just fine, and he was able to send e-mail just
fine, everything was as it should be, but
I could not find where the e-mails where going when he received them. He
uses Exchange for Calendars and Contacts, the e-mails where coming from a
POP3 account. When we accessed his e-mail on line we saw two e-mails in his
inbox, after I opened up his Outlook the e-mails would disappear so I'm
confident that they where being pulled down to his computer. Once I
uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook he was receiving e-mails in his inbox
with no problems. Any thoughts as to where those e-mails may have gone
because even after the new install we weren't able to see the e-mails he had
lost. I did do a seach for .pst and I didn't find anything.
Hope this is enough info,
Thanks Craig
