Send/Receive Progress Button

HELP

In order to receive mail I have to click the Send/Receive
Progress button. I want to know how I can just have
messages pop into my inbox without having to press that
button everytime. I will forget to do it and this can end
up becoming a huge problem when waiting for an important
email?

Just configure an automatic Send/Receive interval
You'll need to figure out on your own how to do that since you failed to
post your Outlook version.
