Outlook 2003 Send/Receive Progress window

Any idea how I can get the Send/Receive progress window to popup every time
I click send & receive.
I'm presently using O2K3 with 3 hotmail a/c's and 1 pop mail, & am beginning
to regret the move since the hotmail
accounts are continually timing out, or "syncing" over each other.

Click Tools>Send/Receive>Send/Receive Settings>Show Progress
