Send/Receive error

I've been getting the following message when I
send/receive email:


Task 'Admiral Hess - Sending and Receiving' reported
error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
The server responded: ?K'


While the server's response (in this case ?K) is always
different, the idea is the same...it's gibberish. I'm
still sending and receiving emails...I think. Anybody
know how to get rid of this problem? Thanks!
