Send/Receive dialog doesn't close

Outlook 2002, Windows XP pro, Dial-up.

After doing send receive, and operations are complete, the send/receive
window stays open. I think it should close, and I'm sure it did on earlier
versions. Can't find any setting to make it do so. How can I make this
window close when it's done?
