Send/Receive button is missing from Toolbar.

I have no send receive button on the standard toolbar, cannot add one to a
custom toolbar and have tried setting up e-mail accounts but it still won't
appear.
Please help as this has been going on for some time and I cannot check my
e-mails.

Send receive will not appear until you correctly set up your accounts. Get
the server settings from your Internet Provider. Outlook cannot be used with
web mail accts.

Mary... Thankyou for the idea but as I stated in my Post I have already set
up my e-mail accounts and it has not changed anything.
In fact the problem started after having used Outlook for years. I have re
set the accounts but it has not helped.
Any more things I could try??

Something else you can try is to define a new mail profile and point it at
your existing PST. However, without knowing your Outlook version, no one
can tell you how to do this.
