Send/Receive and Send buttons missing in Outlook 2003

I already set up my comcast.net e-mail account in Outlook 2003 and when
I clicked on Test Account Settings everything completed successfully.
But I do not have the Send/Receive command on my toolbar or a send
button in new e-mails. I have also verified that the Standard Toolbar
is turned on and I Reset it back to the default settings, but I still
got nothing. Can anyone help??

Did you activate your product already? Help-> Activate Product...

Try to customize toolbar to get the send / receive option in the outlook, if
u don't see a send option in the Outlook try also creating a new profile.
