send my html file as email

I've tried "send web page ny email" in IE. Some images get lost and
formatting is funky.

I can't find a way to simply cut-and-paste my handcoded .html file into a
new Outlook email.

I'd appreciate any help here. The file on the web is at
http://www.palmilla.com/newsletter/finalproof.html --It's the background of
the nav bar on the left that is the image that doesn't take.
