Sending a HTML file as an email in Outlook

Hi guys,
I've put together a webpage thats going to serve as our sales team
newsletter, they wanted a nice HTML format style thing with images linked to
images on our website. no problems there.

In outlook express to import HTML to be used as an email you just go into
the insert menu and use the "Insert text from file" command, but this
doesn't seem to be present in outlook (well can't see it in outlook 2000)

Anyone know if there is an alternative meathod of doing this in outlook?

See http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/html.htm for various methods.

Note, however, that Outlook 2003 by default does not display images from web servers, only embedded images.
