In Outlook 2000 when I try and create new mail only the "To:" field is
available. I can only get the other fields including the subject line to
display by choosing a BCC address by clicking on "To" and then discarding
it. How can I get Outlook to give me all the "send" fields again on a new
message by default. Why have I lost these in the first place?

Dear Milly

You misunderstand me I think. I am referring to the "TO" "CC" "BCC" and
"SUBJECT" fields at the top of the box when I am creating a new message.
Only the "TO" box shows. I have to activate a none required box through
clicking on "TO" to make them all show and then it only lasts for only one
message before reverting to "TO" only.
