Send Contact list via mail

Hi,

I have a contact list. i want to send this list to someone else. how can i
do this.

import it into their Outlook installation.

Thanks for your reply.
But i have a Distribution list in contacts. When i import it back, the
distribution list does not get imported, whereas individual address gets
imported.

i hope you get what i need
