Contact Lists

I reinstalled Outlook 2007 and copied over the pst file from a backup.
There are two contact lists but only one of them (Contacts) is offered to
select email addresses from. How can I add the send list as well so that I
can select an address from there when sending emails.

Right-click the second Contacts folder in the Folder List and click
Properties, then click Outlook Address Book, and check the box on that tab.
