Send and receive progress

There

I'm receiving the above message every 2 hours with Outlook 2003 on a direct
adsl connection.Any
suggestion ??.

Task 'bow.intnet.mu - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I am having similar problems using Yahoo as my email
account and dialing up with AOL. This is sounding like
an Outlook problem.
