self-taught-have problem-no clue

Hi
I have created our page-have not published it yet. But when I preview in Browser my second Page does not apppear at all. It has, but the majority of the time it does not. My interactive Buttons all work properly on each page, except my second button for the second page, it just doesn't load form any of the pages, except from the index and it'll work properly a couple times. I checked the Link field repeatedly and it has the correct url. What else can I check? What could it be

Close FrontPage.
find and delete all files named *.web and *.tmp
Then clear your Temporary Internet and History files.
Reopen FrontPage, open your web and then try.

Make sure you are opening a web/site in FP, not just a page
