Selection from multiple exchange address as the origination source

I have a client who has four companies under one roof. And example is
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed). I do not use pop3 and
would prefer not to do so. How can the user choose which address will be the
origination address? I know it can be done because I can do it with my
exchange and pop3 accounts but not with exchnage only accounts. Please let
me know if anyone has figured it out.

No need to ask more than once.
