Selection from multiple address for sending an email.

I have a client who has four companies under one roof. Such as (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed) and so forth. Is there a way in outlook 2003 to select
which address should be the origination address. I don't us pop3 which would
solve the problem and would prefer not to do so. I have no doubt it can be
done but I can not find any information on how to configure it.

What do you use, if not POP accounts?
