just a comment

just noticed after I installed AVG Antivirus
it comes with its own Spyware and Malware so it disables Windows Defender.
and its no problem.
but when I go to open Change Startup Programs it will not open ,
first I must turn ON Windows Defender, then it opens.
then go back and disable it again, so not to run 2 programs at same time,

just an observation

Thanks for posting the observation. If Microsoft receives enough feedback
that the software explorer feature is useful, perhaps it will be available
somehow even if Windows Defender is turned off due to installation of other
antispyware software.
