I am trying to download bt online security on to my pc, but keep getting the message error MSGR:10. Please help.

It could be a problem with the BT download servers, and may be OK if you try again later.


However you could always abandon the idea of using BT Online Security altogether and get something better instead ;)

Use the disc that came with BT package. If you have one:wave:
