Security Tab on Shared resources

I just installed a new XP Pro system and I don't know how to access the Security tab. I go into properties and the only tabs available ar General, Sharing and Customize. I can share and let network users access the folder, but I can not figure out how to set permissions by Users and Groups

What's the trick

Open Explorer. go to Tools, select Folder options, go to the Advanced tab,
scroll to the bottom, remove the check from "Use Simple File Sharing," click
apply and ok and then you'll be able to access the security options.
