Whenever I open Help and Support and click on one of the entries I get an
Internet Explorer caution

" Your current Security settings prohibit running Active X controls on this
page. As a result the page may not display correctly "

Internet Option/Security are all set at Default.

I rang Microsoft Australia and was told by them that it is caused by my AV
Program, AVG 7. I disables that and the result was the same.

I wrote to Grisoft and they informed me that the problem wasn't caused by
AVG that it is a Windows restrictions settings.

Can anyone offer any assistance please?

Did you try changing the settings from default or move that site into
the trusted site zone if you do trust it?

No, I have not because I can't see it as a site.

I access it by going to Start/Help and Support and as I don't have to be
online I didn't consider it as a site. No matter what folder I go into like
My Computer, Control Panel, My Documents etc if I try to use Help I still
get the same message.

Sorry Joe, I didn't read your message right. I hope someone else will
jump in at this point. But have you tried changing the default settings
in internet explorer?

Yes Rock I did, lowered and lifted and tries all combinations but still with
the same result.

Thanks for your efforts, like you I hope someone can help me.

Ok good luck.

Help and support does go online to Microsoft's knowledge base.
There are many problems with third party utilities.

Thanks Frank, but this occurs whether I am online or offline, I've tried all
ways that I can think of.
