security patch 815021

Hi

i keep install it (815021) and the automatic update keep
coming back with it whenever i restart the computer.

I then download the patch (Q815021_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe)
and error msg says "Setup could not verify the integrity
of the file Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic
service is running on this computer"

What do I do is the patch installed or what?

Have u try to turn on "Cryptographic service"
Start(menu),Run,then type "services.msc", click ok; look
inside the new window, look for -Cryptographic services-.
double click it then look for start up type it SHOULD
SAY "AUTOMATIC" if not then change it. The next line says
service status IT SHOULD SAY "STARTED" if not click
start.Then close the window by pressing ok. then close
the SERVICES window using the "X"
