| Greetings,
|
| FP2000/Win XP sp2. I need to change a link that is part of a navigation
| view/bar to a secure URL. The current url is
| http://www.brastedhouse.com/ssl/contact.html. I need to make it
| https://secure16.activehost.com/brastedhouse/ssl/contact.html. I cannot
| find a way to do this. Does anyone know of a way?
|
| Many thanks,
| Scott B

If the link has no child pages, delete it and replace with a link to an
external page:
In Navigation View, Right click on an existing link and choose "External
Page"
Set this up to point to
https://secure16.activehost.com/brastedhouse/ssl/contact.html
Change the link title to whatever is appropriate. Drag the new link to
the correct position in the navigation, replacing the original.

Note that any link bars in contact.htm may fail (or not work as
expected), since these will be directed to pages in the secure site.
