I am creating an operations manual using section continous and page breaks.
Some problems I am having are: 1) page numbers reset in the middle of the
document, 2) using the numeric list half way through the document it
continues the numbering the first item with the number from the previous list
and then 2 [e.g. 1,2, 3, 4 then next list 5,2,3,4] and 3) using the numeric
list at one point it uses previous numbers and continuous with those number
[e.g. 6,2,3,4,5,6,7 then next list 8,9,10,11,12].
