Searching shared calendars for appointments

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. When attempting to search for
appointments in a shared calendar and no results are displayed. The user has
delegate permissions of owner.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
 
The same thing has been reported by one of our users. Others have no
problem. This user has been given a newly imaged PC and the problem still
persists. Any advice would be appreciated.
