Search Window Pop Ups Unexpectantly

For the past week, the search window pop ups repeatively.
Even more so when IExplorer is being used. Actually it
does not matter what program I am using, but the main
factor is that the keyboard is being used each time this
occurs.

Any help here is appreciative.

What search window is popping up? Is there a title on it, that
identifies the website that provides it?

Sounds like malware to me, a browser search hijack which is going on a
lot right now. SWI Forums helps with browser search hijacks a lot.
You need to use Spybot S&D and HijackThis (both free and very useful).
