Search multiple calendars for a specific item

Our Call Centre schedule appointments directly into peoples calendars. This
is working fine however when a customer phones in to cancel or reschedule an
appointment we are having difficulty finding the specific appointment. The
search option does not appear to work for multiple calendars. Is there any
other way we are able to search these. Thanks.

search only works on one message store at a time. I don't know if lookout
(or MSN search) works on multiple mailboxes but it's worth a try.
