Search Key not found in any record

I think I have one corrupt record. The specific record in the table has
oriental writing in it all of the sudden. I am unable to modify this record
or get into design mode of that table. It either says "Search Key not found
in any record" or "invalid argument". It will NOT let me delete this one
record. All of the other records are okay/modifiable.

Have your tried running the repair function on the database?

The 3rd symptom explains how to get Access to recreate the table from the
other records (so you lose only the corrupted one).
